Coordinated Supportive Healthcare

AIM was founded by experienced practicing hospitalists in 2002 and has continued to provide high quality hospital medicine services for over twenty years in the Tucson community with a primary focus at Tucson Medical Center. AIM physicians are board certified/eligible in internal or family medicine and are specially trained in offering patients the highest quality of care while hospitalized.

Our History

AIM, The Largest, Most Preferred, Community Hospitalist Practice Group in Tucson

AIM is a winning, mature, multicultural and multigenerational physician hospitalist group that is community based and ready for managing our community’s current and future population health challenges in acute and post-acute environments.

AIM is currently the largest and most preferred community hospitalist practice group in Tucson for choice for employment, stability and career growth in hospital medicine.

As a long-time clinical partner of many of Tucson’s acute, long-term-acute, rehab, and skilled facilities, AIM has provided exclusive hospitalist services for Tucson Medical Center since 2017 (and conjointly provided hospitalist services with a former model since 2005).

AIM’s proven intellectual and diversity of scope of practice collective allows for high level and expansive engagement with Tucson’s local healthcare organization leaders to innovate and resolve quality and service delivery challenges.

"The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease."
