While you are hospitalized, AIM will work closely with your primary care physician and/or specialist in communicating your condition and treatment.
How can we help you?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please reach out to emergency services by dialing 911.
If you have been recently discharged within the last 24/hours and have issues with your medications, please reach out to our answering service at (520) 570-1263, or to your follow-up primary care or specialty provider.
If this is a billing or operational question, our office is open Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm.

Need more information?
If you are a patient, please reach out to your primary or specialist provider first for follow up. Your primary care physician will resume your care after you are discharged from the hospital. Since the hospitalists do not see patients outside the hospital, you will not have an appointment to see us again after you are discharged.
