AIM’s dedicated hospitalist team coordinates all major aspects of a patient’s hospitalization. They are committed to assure the patient’s primary care physician is informed and part of their care plan. The hospitalist team works collaboratively with consulting specialists and referral partners to jointly monitor and guide their patient’s treatment. AIM’s local model allows them to be responsive and accountable 24 hours a day. AIM takes pride in introducing you to Tucson’s finest group of hospitalists.
What You Can Expect
AIM is dedicated to providing its patients a seamless and supportive hospital (inpatient) experience. When you or your loved one is referred to an AIM Hospitalist, you can expect a patient-centered, coordinated approach where your needs come first. Our physicians will clearly explain your condition, create and communicate a plan of care and coordinate with your care team and family members to ensure a smooth transition through discharge back to your primary care home.
